What is the Talent Pool?
We don't always open vacancies, but we're always looking for good people. This pool is for developers who want to be on our radar when the right opportunity arises. If your profile matches what we built, we'll contact you before anyone else.
We are interested in profiles in:
Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Mobile, Data Engineering, QA and DevOps/Cloud. What you'll do (depending on your specialty): Depending on your role, you may be building the core of cross-border payments, developing integrations with financial and banking systems, scaling architectures that process millions of transactions, improving the experience of end users on web and mobile, ensuring the quality and reliability of critical platforms, or managing cloud infrastructure that supports operations in multiple countries. In Retorna the problems are real, the stack is modern and technical decisions matter.
We are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Technical strength in your area of expertise (we are not looking for generalists without depth)
- Experience with API integrations and external systems
- Ownership mindset: you care about what you build and how you scale
- Ability to work autonomously in remote and asynchronous environments
- Experience in fintech, payments or high-growth startups (plus strong)
- Technical English for reading documentation (plus)
Common stack in Retorna:
Node.js, Python, React, AWS, Salesforce, PostgreSQL, banking integrations, and payment APIs.
