Knowledge and Acceptance of the Particular Terms and Conditions

The User must read, understand and accept these Special Terms and Conditions of the campaign “PARAMAMITA” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).

Anything not specified in this document will be governed by Retorna's General Terms and Conditions, including the liability regime, indemnity and corresponding definitions.

People who do not accept the General and Particular Terms and Conditions will not be able to participate in the Campaign or access its benefits.

Purpose of the Campaign

The campaign “PARAMAMITA” It is a promotion valid from 00:00 hours on May 7, 2026 until 23:59 hours on May 15, 2026 (mainland Chile time, UTC-3), or until the stock of available coupons in accordance with numeral 5 runs out, whichever comes first.

It is aimed exclusively at Recurrent users of Retorna What they have done at least three (3) successful shipments in the last ninety (90) days prior to May 15, 2026.

The campaign applies only to operations originating in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and the European Union with destination in Venezuela, made through the official Retorna channels.

Campaign Benefit

Each user who complies with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions will receive a promotional coupon called “PARAMAMITA”, equivalent to:

  • R$ 25 (twenty-five Brazilian reais) for shipments of R$ 100 or more from Brazil to Venezuela;
  • $10,000 CLP (ten thousand Chilean pesos) for shipments of $40,000 CLP or more from Chile to Venezuela;
  • $20,000 COP (twenty thousand Colombian pesos) for shipments of $100,000 COP or more from Colombia to Venezuela;
  • €10 (ten euros) for shipments of €60 or more from the European Union to Venezuela;
  • S/ 20 (twenty Peruvian soles) for shipments of S/ 80 or more from Peru to Venezuela.

The benefit may be applied one-time to any shipment made during the campaign period that meets the minimum amount established above.

The coupon is for single use, personal and non-transferable, not cumulative with other promotions, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Your application is subject to Retorna's General Terms and Conditions for the use of promotional coupons.

Conditions for accessing the benefit

To participate in the campaign “PARAMAMITA” and access the promotional coupon, the user must meet all of the following conditions:

a. User Eligibility:

The user must have performed at least three (3) successful shipments in the last ninety (90) days prior to May 15, 2026. An operation whose transfer has actually been accredited to the beneficiary in Venezuela will be considered a “successful shipment”.

b. Minimum Shipping Amount

The shipment made during the campaign must be for an amount equal to or greater than:

  • R$ 100 (one hundred Brazilian reais), or
  • $40,000 CLP (forty thousand Chilean pesos), or
  • $100,000 COP (one hundred thousand Colombian pesos), or
  • €60 (sixty euros), or
  • S/ 80 (eighty Peruvian soles)

The benefit applies only to remittances sent from Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and the European Union to Venezuela.

c. Shipping Deadline

For the benefit to be applicable, the shipment must be made strictly within the campaign period, that is, from 7 From May 2026 12:00 a.m. to May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Chilean mainland time, UTC-3).

Operations carried out outside this time interval will not be considered valid for the purposes of the campaign.

d. Stock Availability

The campaign includes a limited number of coupons per country of origin. Vouchers will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Compliance with the above conditions does not guarantee obtaining the coupon if the stock assigned to the user's country of origin has already been sold out.

Limited stock of coupons

The campaign includes a maximum of 2,600 promotional coupons, distributed as follows:

  • Brazil: 400 coupons
  • Chile: 500 coupons
  • Colombia: 800 coupons
  • European Union: 600 coupons
  • Peru: 300 coupons

Additional coupons will not be delivered to the established quantities, even if there are users who meet the other conditions of the campaign.

Vouchers will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (First Come, First Served) until the available stock for each country runs out.

Voucher Use and Conditions

a) Single Use and Restrictions

Each coupon can be used only once and in a single transaction. It is not cumulative with other benefits, it is not transferable and it is not redeemable for money.

b) Validity of the coupon

The coupon PARAMAMITA It will be valid only until the 15th May 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Chilean mainland time, UTC-3).

Failure to use the coupon within the stipulated period will automatically expire.

c) Limitation: One coupon per user

Each user can obtain a maximum of one (1) promotional coupon for the duration of the campaign.

d) Reasons for canceling the coupon

Retorna may cancel the promotional coupon, without the need for prior notice and without giving rise to any right to compensation for the user, in the following cases: (i) detection of fraudulent activities, simulation of operations, misuse of the coupon or platform, or any attempt to evade the conditions of the Campaign; (ii) non-compliance with the identity verification (KYC) process or falsehood, inaccuracy or outdated data provided by the user; (iii) reasonable presumption of operations related to money laundering assets, terrorist financing or other crimes, in accordance with applicable prevention regulations (AML/CFT); (iv) cancellation, reverse, return or dispute of the transaction that gave rise to the benefit; (v) creation of multiple accounts or use of the coupon in accounts that do not correspond to the original owner; or (vi) breach of the General Terms and Conditions of Retorna or these Special Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retorna will not be responsible for: (i) technical failures, interruptions, connectivity errors or temporary unavailability of the application or website that prevent the user from participating in the Campaign; (ii) delays or rejections attributable to financial institutions, payment networks, exchange offices or intermediaries involved in delivering the remittance to the beneficiary; (iii) exchange rates applicable at the time of shipment, which are governed by market conditions and by the General Terms and Conditions of Retorna; (iv) the user's impossibility to meet the conditions of the Campaign for causes that are attributable to it; nor (v) acts of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances. Participation in the Campaign does not create obligations other than the delivery of the coupon under the terms established here. Retorna's maximum liability to the user, in any case, will not exceed the nominal value of the coupon Promotional.se remains unchanged.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of the user's personal data is subject to the Retrona Privacy Policy and to the regulations applicable in each jurisdiction of origin, including, as appropriate: Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21,719 (Chile); Law 1581 of 2012 and regulatory regulations (Colombia); the General Law on Personal Data Protection — LGPD, Lei No. 13,709/2018 (Brazil); Law No. 29,733 on the Protection of Personal Data (Peru); and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — RGPD and corresponding national regulations (Brazil)). Participation in the Campaign implies the user's consent to the processing of their data for the purpose of executing, controlling and verifying the promotion, as well as for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and other rights recognized by applicable regulations, by writing to hola@retorna.app.Se remains unchanged.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy, claim or dispute that may arise as a result of the interpretation, execution or compliance of this Campaign will be governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Retorna. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user may submit their complaints directly to the service channel indicated in paragraph 12. For consumer users residing in jurisdictions whose laws recognize mandatory consumer protection rights (including, as appropriate, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Member States of the European Union), these rules will prevail over any provision of these Terms that are less favorable to them.

11. Modifications and Suspension of the Campaign

Retorna reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign early, in whole or in part, for operational, technical, commercial, regulatory, force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, without giving rise to any right to compensation for users. Any changes will be reported through the official Retorna channels and will take effect as soon as they are published. The modifications will not affect the coupons already assigned to users who have fully fulfilled the eligibility conditions prior to the date of the modification, which will remain valid in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.b.

12. Contact and User Support

For inquiries, complaints or requests related to this Campaign, the user may contact Retorna through the following official channels: (i) email: hola@retorna.app; and (ii) the user service channels enabled within the official Retorna application or website. Complaints will be dealt with within the time limits established by the applicable consumer protection regulations in each jurisdiction of origin. Only the channels indicated here will be considered valid; requests submitted through social networks, private messages or other unofficial means will not be answered.
