From the Retorna app, via WhatsApp, social media, or email. After opening the message and starting the registration, your friend will be linked as your referral.

Tell them or send them your code, but remember: your friend must enter it manually during registration in the app.

Once your friend meets their goal, you will receive your bonus.

Your code is generated automatically as soon as you complete your first transfer with Retorna. You can find it in the "Referrals" section of your profile in the app.
You receive your bonus as soon as your friend reaches the transfer goal for their country within 90 days of signing up with your code.
Your code remains active as long as it is being used. Each time a friend signs up with your code, its validity is renewed.
For now, the program is available to customers sending from Chile, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and European countries.

If your friend does not reach the cumulative amount within 90 days, that referral will not generate a bonus. That is why it is key to let them know the goal and the deadline from the start.
